Wood Duck Manufacturing was started in 2003 by four like-minded Ottawa Valley residents who saw value in Canadian-made furniture.  Starting with fireplace mantels, the business evolved into the design of custom furniture, including cabinets. The team takes your drawing, picture or idea and turns it into reality.

The same crew has been working together for 15 years and have come to be specialists in the fireplace mantel business. Wood Duck has a clear understanding of the requirements needed to make your fireplace work to its full potential. They pride themselves on unique finishes, their skill at matching to other furniture and providing good customer service.  Also, as Tamara, one of the owners points out, “when you get a service from a local business, you know they are going to back up their product”.
